Mrs. Felisha Jackson
Mrs. Felisha Jackson is the CEO/Founder of DPC Tutoring Services, LLC. She has always been driven to close the achievement gap that exists in education. Mrs. Jackson has earned a Specialist degree in Curriculum, Instruction, Management and Administration, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Bachelors 's Degree in Criminal Justice, teacher certifications, academic coaching endorsements, and skills training through professional development workshops/conferences in education. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction.
With experience in program initiatives, she has planned, designed and implemented Saturday school and After School tutorial programs to provide additional interventions and support outside the traditional day to meet the diverse needs of all students. Within these programs, students develop critical thinking skills and a sense of self-motivation and awareness. Optimizing the learning atmosphere, relationship building-students, staff and parents, teacher mentoring, effective communication and goal-setting are core areas of strengths that Mrs. Jackson contribute to maximizing student achievement.
Ms. Ayana Lambert
Ms. Ayana Lambert is committed to student success inside of the classroom and in life. A two-time graduate of The Unsinkable Albany State University, Miss. Lambert has a BA and MS in Special Education. Currently serving as the lead AUT teacher at Eagles Landing High School. She believes that student success is created through meaningful relationships. Ms. Lambert’s specialty is differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.



Mr. Nicholas Jones
Mr. Nicholas Jones is a native of Covington, Georgia where he graduated from Newton High School with the class of 2000. Nicholas completed his undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from the State University of West Georgia in 2004. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Troy University in 2007. While teaching at Newton High School, Nicholas completed his Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in 2010 and obtained his gifted-in field teaching certification in 2013. Nicholas currently serves as an Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at Clements Middle School.
Nicholas transitioned into the field of teaching in 2007 from the corporate world working in management and finance. As an alumni, former teacher, Instructional Coach, and now Assistant Principal for Newton County Schools, Nicholas dedicates himself to supporting others to reach their desired potential. Nicholas was recognized at Covington News’ 2019 Edition 40 Under Forty. He was featured on the cover of the Georgia Trend Magazine receiving the 2014 Forty under Forty award for the Best and Brightest. He was honored as 2012-2013 Teacher of the Year at Newton High School. He was also recognized as a Top Ten Teacher in 2013, served as a BEST Teacher Leader and Mentor in 2012 as well as Star Teacher in 2008/2009 respectively. Nicholas received the National Youth Leadership Forum Educational Leader & Mentor Award in 2012. His high morals, dedication to serving others, and commitment to excellence is shown daily through engaging interactions with students as well as adults. Nicholas has presented at the Georgia Association for Gifted Children (GAGC) convention in Athens, Georgia, and the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI) convention in Nashville, Tennessee. Nicholas has served as the speaker for several events at local schools, teen summits, and surrounding churches. He has served in many leadership roles at his former schools, impacting the community, and he is a dedicated member of Berean Christian Church. His level of commitment and excellence is viewed with high regards portraying respected morals and honorable values.
Nicholas’s sincere passion lies with engaging youth giving back the knowledge and skillset acquired in order to help someone else become a life-long learner. His daily balance comes from sowing a seed; nurturing it and watching it grow from a minuscule state of being to future innovators reaping the harvest.
